Nestled at the edge of the garden, our self-contained 1-bedroom gîte offers privacy and convenience.
Perfect for couples or small families, it includes:
- A spacious deluxe family room for up to 3 guests (with one super king-size bed and one single bed);
- A private bathroom;
- A cozy living room;
- A fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals at your rhythm.
Whether you're starting your day with coffee by the window or enjoying a quiet evening indoors, this little home offers peaceful independence while staying connected to the estate.

On the second floor of our 19th-century maison, you’ll find five comfortable bedrooms overlooking the English garden:
- 1 Suite with a private en-suite bathroom
- 4 additional king-size bedrooms, sharing 2 well-appointed bathrooms
- Our shared kitchen is designed for gourmets and casual cooks alike: oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, blender, and even raclette machines for cozy winter nights.
- The adjacent dining room features a large table set — the perfect place to gather, toast, and share stories over a local bottle.
🌿 Shared Spaces

Guests of both the independent gîte and the main house share access to a large,
sun-drenched English garden — the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast al fresco or
unwind with a glass of local wine. The property also features a private sauna and Jacuzzi,
offering a touch of relaxation after a day exploring Burgundy.
